Applications for the Keighley Big Local Legacy Grant is open
The Keighley Big Local Partnership welcomes applications for project activity that offers long-term benefit, is of local importance and strategic value so that the grant can have real impact.
The priority for the grant is to help meet the outcomes set by Local Trust
How much?
A single grant of UPTO £15,000 Capital and/or revenue to be spent by March 2026
Who can apply?
Organised groups based and active within the ‘Keighley Valley’ as defined by Local Trust that can demonstrate a direct benefit to the residents and communities within are invited to apply

Grant Criteria Please read this section carefully before completing your application To be successful, the applicant must:
- Be a service or organised group based in the area of interest defined by Local trust and known as the ‘Keighley Valley’.
- Project activity MUST provide direct benefit to communities within the Keighley Valley
- Applicants MUST have a UK based Bank Account in it’s own name.
- Applications will not be accepted from individuals, Groups & Individuals that use their surplus for the benefit of an individual or business, religious bodies where there is no wider benefit for the local communities within Keighley Valley, Local Authorities & Statutory Services seeking grants for core activities, applications to support fundraising, campaigning or any other activity associated with any political party
- The legacy grant is a one off grant ,of £15,000
- Grants will not be awarded for generic ongoing running costs. Terms & Conditions
- The terms and conditions set out the relationship between Airedale Enterprise Services [as the Local Trusted Partner of the Keighley Big Local Partnership and herein referred to as AES].
- The amount awarded is final and AES will not increase it if you overspend or have worked out your costs incorrectly
- Any unspent money should be returned to AES within 3 months of receipt of the grant.
- AES will not be responsible for any expenditure (on assets, equipment, or your project) you have incurred before you receive our letter confirming details of the grant provided.
- From time to time, AES may use photographs and details about your activity in any publicity about the grant., please advise if you are unwilling to agree to this.
- Successful applicants must agree to a visit by AES, or Keighley Big Local Partnership and provide a report on how their award was used and the benefits experienced by the communities within the Keighley Valley
