Welcome Walk 3

July 7th Morton Lane Swing Bridge to Bar Lane Swing Bridge via Morton Beck, East Morton, Bury Lane and the Canal, Approx. 3 ¾ miles, linear walk. 

Meet at Morton Lane Swing Bridge @ 6pm  

For the first mile of the walk, the route follows the picturesque Morton Beck, the path here is narrow and uneven. From East Morton the route follows a path at the back of a series of allotments and then out through several meadows towards West Morton, before heading down the valley side via the ancient bridleway known as Bury Lane, then we head down Swine lane and walk along the canal towpath and finish the walk at Bar Lane Swing Bridge.
